#2: How to Set Goals That You’ll Actually Follow

Jan 7, 2018 | Office Operations

Imagine getting in a boat and not having a destination. That’s what it’s like when you don’t have goals.

How are you supposed to know when you get there?

I used to set goals by thinking about all the things I wanted to accomplish this year and then work backwards to create goals, strategies, tactics, and then processes. OMG I used to geek out on setting my goals!

The freebie for this Sunday is to check out my Annual Review

I borrowed this format from James Clear and I list what worked, what didn’t, and what I’m working on for the new year.
